Welcome to the 2023 Silent Auction! We are proud to announce this year’s silent auction has commenced and will conclude at the Fundraising Event and Silent Auction at Surly Brewing Co. on February 7! Our silent auction will allow you to snatch up unique items and gifts and get into a friendly competition with your colleagues, all while supporting food science student scholarships.
Silent Auction Preview & Bidding Period: Monday, January 30 – Tuesday, February 7.
Live Bidding Onsite at the Fundraising Dinner Event at Surly: Tuesday, February 7 at 7:30pm.
Register: Create an account here. Enter your Name, Create a Password, and provide both your Email and Phone so you receive your bidding notifications via email and text. You will also need to choose your mobile carrier to ensure the notifications reach you. You will receive verification of your bids as well as notifications of being outbid on the device or devices you choose.

How Will I Receive my Items?
Following the close of the auction, winning bidders will receive an email with payment information and further instructions on shipping/picking up the winning items.
Donate to the Silent Auction
You can also donate items to the Silent Auction and get brand recognition for your business in the auction catalog and onsite. When you bid or donate, you support the Feeding Tomorrow Scholarship of IFT Foundation (which supports national scholarships) and our MNIFT Scholarship fund (which supports local scholarships).
