REGISTERBrewmaster discussion

We kick off the 2016-2017 Minnesota IFT programming year with a foodie-oriented look at the phenomenally successful Surley Brewing. Mix with your food industry colleagues and learn about the inner workings of the brewery from a Surley brewmaster, while enjoying a chef designed food selection and suggested beer pairings.


Register on line at On-line credit card payment is preferred; or you can pay the night of the event if needed. Reservations are due by Monday, September 6 at 5:00 PM. Questions, special dietary restrictions (allergies, gluten free, etc.), or cancelations, please call Lori Lehner at 952-210-6739 or email If you cancel after the registration deadline you are still responsible for payment, but as a courtesy please let us know you will not be attending.

Surley’s brewery, beer hall and restaurant is at 520 Malcolm Ave SE, Minneapolis. Just east of the U of M Minneapolis campus, Surley is northeast of I94 and University Avenue, and just west of highway 280.
