MNIFT JANUARY DAIRY MEETING VIRTUAL
The overall DBIA goal is to find ways to improve the profitability of dairy farmers and processors. This goal is in alignment with the stated objectives of the initiative.
- Increase on-farm diversification opportunities
- Create value-added dairy products such as specialty cheeses
- Focus on export opportunities for farm-scale and processor dairy products
Our speaker, Tom Guerin, will introduce us to the DBIA and its history and impact. He will also discuss current grant programs and the resources available to dairy enterprises in the 5-state region through the DBIA, including webinars and product development opportunities.
