BOOTH AND TABLE-TOP DISPLAY INFORMATION
BOOTH INFORMATION
- This is a table-top show; IFT Table Top Rules apply
- Booth size is 6x6 ft. with 2x4 or 2x6 table and two chairs
- Booth charge is $375 ($425 after Sep 1) and includes one company sign, table, chairs, and listing in the show directory
- Additional signs are $15 each
- Electricity (110V) is available for $150. MUST be arranged prior to show

Booth set up: 10:30AM-12:30PM
Show Hours: 1:00-5:00PM
Hors d'oeuvre/social hour: 4:00PM
Booth Setup time: 10:30AM-12:30PM
This is a table-top show; IFT Table Top Rules will be enforced
Booth size is 6x6 ft with a choice between a 2x4 ft table or a 2x6 ft table, and 2 chairs
TABLE-TOP DISPLAY RULES
Set forth by National IFT
Permitted:
- Educational sales literature
- Samples of ingredients, additives or food products
- Sales premiums, souvenirs, handouts, etc.
- Instruments and/or equipment
(if they can be self supporting and set on the table)
PROHIBITED
- Free standing floor displays
- Table-top displays exceeding 5 feet above table
- Electrical appliances or displays (You may use sterno heaters with caution)
- Solicitation, interviews or distribution of literature outside the confines of the exhibitor's booth

REGISTRATION
No pre-registration is required for attending the Expo and visiting the suppliers.
- Payments MUST accompany all booth registrations
- Booth registration deadline is Sept 1. There is an additional charge for registration received after Sept 1.
- No refunds will be issued after the deadline.
- Advertising is not available after Sept 15.
ADVERTISEMENT
Suppliers can place their advertisements in the Expo Bulletin, which is distributed to all attendees. You may select the advertisement option during the online registration process. If advertisement is selected with registration, a committee member will contact you for complete details
Please note:- Advertisements are non refundable.
- All advertisements must be submitted by Sept 15, 2012 to be printed in the directory.
- You will receive an email with detailed instructions on submitting your advertisement.
PARKING AT THE EXPO
Several parking options are available around the Minneapolis Convention Center.
LODGING
MN IFT does not have discounts with any hotels. Suggested hotels, close to the convention center are:
